Community Support Platform

Ideal for companies or organisations with large customer bases or communities and to which they want to add value, increase yield and increase loyalty. Including...

• Marine businesses like insurance companies and chandleries with large customer bases.

• Marinas.

• Yacht clubs.

• Sailing associations....

1. Get a version of the YBM Connect platform branded with your logo and company details which you can link to your website.

2. Promote your products, services, facilities, events, offers etc. to your customer base.

3. If appropriate, offer community facilities such as online networking and community groups to your community.

4. Present a curated range of products and services to your customers which add value to them.

5. No involvement or distraction to your day to day business. We set it all up and run it for you.

Pricing Guidelines:

• We consider this to be a partnership rather than a chargeable service. Generally we will provide and run the platform at no additional charge to you. The only requirement is that you actively promote this to your community to make it as effective as possible.

• If appropriate, we offer a share of our fees or commissions earned through your Community Support Platform so this can potentially be an income generator for you.

• If we promote and sell your products, services, events etc. to your community through the platform, we would enter into a "Premium Level Seller" relationship with you.

Online Concierge

Ideal for boat owners who do not have the time to organise the products, services and facilities needs to keep their boats in great condition and safe.

But they want to stay in control of the management of their boats and not spend additional money on traditional boat managers.

1. An online service operated by professionals experienced in boat management who will do the legwork of sourcing and organising the services, products, equipment, facilities and resources you need to keep your boat safe and in great condition.

2. Services and products are sourced from our network of independent service or product suppliers. If we can't find what you need there, we will look further afield.

3. Where you require it, we will organise quotes from multiple suppliers so you have a choice of who suppliers your boat and when.

4. We can work up a plan for your boat and what you want to do with it so not only can we assist with the maintenance and care of it but we can also help arrange your use of the boat, such as booking marinas berths when you go travelling, for example.

5. You track, manage and stay in control as well as stay in contact with your YBM Boat Manager via YBM Connect, our exclusive tracking and management platform. You stay in control and we organise the logistics.

Pricing Guideline:

• Pricing is simple. Its AUD$100 + GST per month if your boat is in Australia or US$100 per month if your boat is not in Australia.
