So, we offer three general levels of membership within which business owners can finds support at the level they are comfortable with.

...a customised, branded version of the YBM Connect platform to support and add value to the Partner Member's customers and communities and the resources to manage and drive this facility for you.

Pricing Guidelines:


We refer to pricing guidelines as every business requires something different.


Our pricing philosophy is to share risk and reward where our long term success is based from generating new business, income and profit for our Members. Our model enables our Members to develop their businesses at a fraction of the traditional actual and opportunity costs of taking a product or service to a new market.


Standard Membership


  • Standard Membership is free.


Premium Membership


  • The success fee:  A commission to be agreed based on a percentage of revenue generated from sales introduced by YBM. This is a monthly fee based on sales made during that month. Different rates may apply for sales made directly to end-users or to resellers.


  • The one-off "Market Establishment Process" fee: Taking a product to a new market requires planning and preparation before the sales process can be commenced. Otherwise the risk of failure is greatly increased. Traditionally this pre-sales work is expensive in terms of actual costs (e.g research, cost of 3rd parties), time, effort and the cost and risk of distraction from the existing business. We short-circuit this through our iterative Market Establishment Process for which we charge a modest one-off fee of around US$1,000 (depending on the product's or service's level of target market readiness) for each territory we are targeting.


Partner Program


Until we start working with a Partner Member we cannot predict the most appropriate pricing model. Generally it would be a mutually suitable combination of any or all of....


  • A success fee based on a percentage of incremental sales of the Partner Member's own products or services that the Partner Program generates.


  • Subscriptions generally paid by the community members for our in-house services such as Online Concierge.


  • A fee from us to the Partner Member based on a percentage of any fees or income generate through third party, approved value added services or products which the Partner Member's customers avail themselves of through the Partner Program, such as our Online Concierge.
