Both the Member and their YBM Coordinator work in the same online space, looking at the same information, tasks, and history for the boat.

The Member uses Track And Manage to track and manage information and activities relating to their boat, deciding what needs to be done and when.​

The YBM Coordinator then sources, organises, and follows up services, products, and arrangements on the Member’s behalf, recording every action in the platform.​

This shared model means the Member retains oversight and control at all times, while the Coordinator handles the time‑consuming chasing, booking, and administration.​
