YBM takes over the life jacket servicing operations of Sail Safe

Following Sam Pyne's recent announcement regarding Sail Safe, we are pleased to inform you that Your Boat Manager (YBM), in association with Sussex Marine, has now taken over Sail Safe's life jacket servicing operations. This transition ensures an uninterrupted service while expanding the range of support services available to you.
Maintaining continuity.
Familiar locations: Drop-off and collection points at Middle Harbour Yacht Club and The Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron remain unchanged. But if this is not convenient, just give me a call and we will work out a solution that works for you.
Pricing: All servicing costs remain the same as Sail Safe's previously established rates.
Service levels: Sail Safe had a well-deserved reputation for service excellence. We are committed to continuing that legacy. You did a great job Sam - thanks!
The expanded team.
Your Boat Manager (YBM): YBM is your main point of contact for all logistics, operations, and customer service. We organise collections, returns, and ensure the entire process is simple and transparent for you.
Sussex Marine: Whilst YBM coordinates and facilitates the process, all lifejacket servicing and compliance testing is now carried out by Sussex Marine, a highly experienced and accredited lifejacket testing centre based in Sussex Inlet. Sussex Marine's specialists carry out the servicing and issue certificates of compliance, so you can be confident your safety equipment is handled by trained professionals.
