Source and organise is an on-demand coordination service for when an owner, manager, or crew member needs a product or service but either does not know where to get it or does not have time to organise it. Your YBM Coordinator responds to your requests, finds options, and then manages the logistics of delivery for you remotely.

What happens when you ask

When you tell us what you need, your YBM Coordinator identifies potentially suitable products or service providers and, where appropriate, obtains quotes for your review. You choose your preferred option and, once you approve it, we coordinate the delivery or booking so that it is supplied to the right place at the right time.

Members use Source and organise to avoid spending hours researching options, chasing quotes, and coordinating deliveries or visits. By handing that legwork to your YBM Coordinator, you save time and reduce friction, while still staying in control of all final decisions.

Where we can negotiate discounts or better terms with suppliers, those savings are passed on to you, reducing the overall cost of what you buy through the service. In many cases the time saved and potential discounts more than offset our service cost

Fees

Each month, you are charged a fee equal to 10% of the total value of the products and services that we have sourced and organised for you in that period. If nothing has been sourced for you during a month, there is no fee for that service period.

Any extra services that go beyond remote coordination and facilitation, such as attending on-site or representing you in person, may attract additional fees agreed with you in advance. This keeps the pricing transparent while allowing you to scale up support when you need it.
