How the service works
YBM Vessel Guardian is intentionally simple. It is a remote management layer that converts information into foresight and then converts foresight into organised action, with stronger visibility over safety and compliance obligations.
Client provides the data
You supply the vessel information, records, due dates, service history, compliance documents and any other items that need to be stored and tracked. This can be done in person or remotely or over a remote online meeting
YBM maintains the schedule
We structure the information, maintain the tracking, monitor approaching dates and keep the active plan current so key safety and compliance items stay visible
Source And Organise handles execution
When, or before, a task needs action, we move seamlessly into Source And Organise (with your permission) to obtain quotes, line up suppliers, arrange works and keep momentum moving before a safety or compliance item becomes urgent.
